  1. You can buy them at Sally's Beauty supply, or any beauty store. They usually clip in with a barrette or a comb. They aren't to hard to put in, just take some getting used to it. They have them in every color imaginable. You can also get some at the home shopping network or QVC
  2. Mine looks like that as well, I had long side bangs cut to cover the spot and it looks good now. I use big fat hair collegen spray while it's damp flip my hair upside down to blow dry when I flip it back it's about 2 feet high and I just smooth it into whatever style, and it looks great. My stylist asked me "you didn't think you were going to be a skinny "B" and have sexy hair did you?" lol
  3. The point plus system seems very good. You probably won't eat all your points, but the online system seems a lot like my fitness pal.
  4. They gave me a binder in the hospital, they rapped me up after surgery, I kept it till my drain was out. I wore it almost the whole time. It felt great and made me feel good.
  5. I have it as well. Mine must've stabilized, I have had levels checked 3 times since surgery and they have all been good. I have been at 100 mcg for 7 months. It actually hasn't hindered my weight loss, even though I was really worried about it, but I do 7 hours of workouts a week so that could be helping. it really is a pain to get it under control!! I was diagnosed 2 years ago, I gained 64 pounds in that time which Is why I decided it was time for surgery.
  6. I drank for the first time at 5 months. Got plastered on one Bahama Mama hahaha.
  7. Gabriel Brothers, Marshall's, TJ Maxx all have cheap cheap clothes. I never pay over 10 bucks for bottoms and 7 for tops.
  8. My fav breakfast is an omelet. I use low fat ham, cheese, one egg. Yum yum!!
  9. What is your name on MFP?
  10. I am pear shaped and besides the back fat roll all I have left is my tummy. My trainer told me only heavy duty cardio will get that sucker down. And that's what your doing so keep it up I guess.
  11. how are you breathing? My trainer told me breathing was the most important thing to being a good runner. If you control your breath, and breathe properly your heart rate could change. I am a mouth breather due to enlarged tonsils and a deviated septum, so I struggle to get enough air while running.
  12. Yeah, go to doc. You don't want to mess up your foot and not be able to work out.
  13. I do HIT once a week, kicks my butt, I am 209 and I burn 600 calories in an hour. If your gym has any cardio classes I would check them out. I do Step, PurEnergy ( it's an interval class) and usually burn 400 calories in 60 minutes.
  14. Really?! Calling people retards?! That's mature.
  15. I was a huge Mt. Dew junkie. We the talking 3-6 20oz a day. One day after surgery I took a drink of my husbands what I thought was tea and got a swig of Coke. It was HORRIBLE! The bubbles came back up it burnt like battery acid. It tasted horrible. Its not worth it. I don't understand the shake it up thing. It would just taste like flat sugar to me. I would say don't do it, but everyone has their own story.
  16. I love Babydolls! They are long and flows and cover my tummy, but low cut to show the girls, I even have one that doesn't have any cups. No guy is going to pay attention to your tummy when your girls are hanging out. Also they have crotchless panties so you don't even have to get naked of you don't feel comfortable. Sorry the nookie wasn't the best. Practice makes perfect ????
  17. We are just the lucky ones! I have felt no pain, no sickness, I get "full" but never feel bad full or slimies. I woke up, started walking and never looked back. My PA said I am the minority lol. The doc even let me go home half a day early, he told me the hospital was for sick people. Congrats on your success and good luck on your weight loss.
  18. Yeah, I would def call the doctor! I am 6 months out and get full off of 1 hard boiled egg.
  19. Get you a B12 shot. Your MD will give you one. I get one monthly and BAM! I feel amazing!!
  20. A quote I saw on Pintrest: it takes 4 weeks for you to notice weightless, 8 weeks for family to notice, 12 weeks for friends, 16 weeks for acquaintances. So they will notice soon.
