  1. Congrats on a great 3 years! It is always so inspiring to read your posts. You provide a lot of positivity and knowledge on this forum. I hope you continue to pop in when you get the chance.
  2. W00t! W00t! I am so excited on your behalf! That's awesome!
  3. I wore the binder for the first week, but it did not hurt or itch me in any way. However, I think you could get away with not wearing. It seems more like personal preference.
  4. Haha, that's awesome. I literally laughed out loud.
  5. Great post. I also so saw this article, and I have been trying #3 for the last day or two hoping for a change. Thanks for posting.
  6. Oh wow, I just saw this post. Libbe I will be keeping you in my thoughts. I can't believe this happened. Please keep us posted.
  7. I like the Premier Protein Shakes from Costco or Sam's. They are 30g of protein, 5g of carbs and only 160 calories.
  8. That's an amazing transformation! Congrats!
  9. You look like a different person! Congrats!
  10. I say find a protein shake you love! I think you can do it, but it will definitely be mentally trying. I prefer the Premier Chocolate Protein Shake. It has 30g of protein and 5g of carbs at 160 calories. For shaking up the flavor, I like to add sugar free syrups from Torani like black cherry (it is like eating a chocolate covered cherry) or cinnamon vanilla. They have no carbs or 1g of carbs and they are delicious!
  11. I am so happy to see everyone progressing so well, even those of us who are in or just got out of a stall. It happens, but the scale will move again! We just have to keep going with the plan.
  12. My surgeon was totally the opposite. He barely even blinked. I kept my mirena in and no one ever said a thing. That's weird. I would possibly ask your gyno what he/she thinks about surgery with mirena and for him/her to discuss it with your surgeon.
  13. Unfortunately, I have already dropped a cup size and two band sizes. I wasn't that gifted in the breast department to begin with. It is very depressing.
  14. That might also help. I say try it. It can't hurt.
  15. Good luck! It sounds like you are doing awesome!
  16. I wore the hospital gown the entire time. It is just easier with all the cords and injections.
  17. When I was five weeks out I had only lost 17 lbs also. It has just been this week that the scale started moving again. Stick to the plan! Drink your water. The scale will start moving again.
  18. The Premier Strawberry shakes aren't bad, just not as good as the chocolate in my opinion.
  19. Sounds awesome! Glad you are loving the sleeve. Congrats on the great weight loss!
  20. Aw, that is rough. At least, she has such a caring mother to be there with her. Keeping her in my thoughts and hoping for the best.
  21. Exactly, Rebel! I totally agree every day is a learning day. I think I am really learning to change my life. I never want to be in the 200s again. I can't believe only 5 lbs until onederland!
  22. You go, lady! Try and ignore them if you can. Even if they are not supportive, you are doing what is right for you.
  23. It does. The lack of calories can be really hard on the system. As soon as I got on soft foods, my quality of life raised exponentially.
