  1. I had the same problem until I started eating a meal and then taking the multivitamin. I highly recommend taking most vitamins with food, but that is just my opinion.

I hate salmon, but tilapia, perch, cod and all other fish sit really well for me. Plus, they have tons of protein!
  3. Sounds like a good name change to go with an awesome attitude!
  4. You look fabulous. It is such an amazing transformation.
  5. I thought it was Twoderland.... but ignore me. I am crazy.
  6. I am so happy for you! Welcome to the loser's bench!
  7. Wow, that is scary. Please take some of the great advice given here and find out what exactly was done. Good luck.

  11. Exactly. My first stall lasted exactly 2 weeks, and it will eventually end. It has to. Congrats on your scale moving again!
  12. I love cycling in a spin class and on the stationary bike. It is really addicting once you get started. Don't be afraid of the rowing machine, the treadmill, the elliptical or any of the classes they offer. It is a ton of fun once you get your feet wet!
  13. Ah, good things to look forward to and..... the not so nice. Not my hair.... Congrats on the awesome weight loss!
  14. Congrats on getting sleeved! I am sorry about the incision pain though. Hopefully, that will not last much longer.
  15. Welcome to the forum, I think this is one of the most supportive and informative environments you can find. There is always someone here at the same place in their journey as you are. You story is really inspirational Congrats on the great weight loss and recovering from two surgeries! It is just awesome how far both you and your mother have come.

  17. Crossing my fingers for you. Hope you meet their requirements.
  18. I don't know if I can really say a lot to reassure you, but my mom is getting VSG on November 3rd. And I can't be happier for her. I want her to be around to see me get married, to meet her grand children, and be there when I graduate from grad school, but at the rate she is going without this surgery either the diabetes, the heart problems, or the constant pain she is in will destroy her life and eventually take her from me. I can't help but be supportive of her choice to get healthier even if some of the possibly complications of surgery occur. Just know you are making this choice for you and your daughter to be a part of her life, and if she is anything like me, she will want you around as long as she can have you. Don't let obesity take you away from her.
  19. When I am on the treadmill or bike, I just sip sip sip, and I can down an entire bottle while working out at a good pace. You will make it work.
  20. Wow, I can't believe how wonderful you look. It is just amazing. I am so glad to hear the pred treatment is doing well. Hope the C-Section goes well.
  21. THAT IS AWESOME! I am so happy for you.
  22. Yikes, so when will you be having surgery? Have they figured out what is wrong?
