  1. That's awesome! You are doing awesome.
  2. I am so happy for you! I can't wait to be able to say the same thing in 12 lbs.
  3. Post-op look up feedyoureye, she has been a vegetarian for years and has been doing wonderful with her sleeve. Post-op, tofu and other non-meat products like Gardein are great for acquiring protein.
  4. Psh, I am 5'3" and I was 229 on my day of surgery.... I am DEFINITELY not stopping until 120. I would disregard their pessimistic attitudes and just keep working that sleeve!
  5. AWWWW! That is so cute. I love it.
  6. I loather looking at my before pic, but already I am fitting into jeans I haven't ever worn and dresses I haven't worn in two years. It gets better each day!
  7. In my opinion, it isn't that bad, and I am a girl in my 20s. I love my life. My boyfriend and I still go out for sushi (sashimi for me) and out to our favorite bars, but I don't drink and I always go for the protein options. I agree with the previous poster, you will just take it home. Friday my boyfriend and I went to Chipotle and I had four meals out of that! It is awesome, and drinking won't go away forever.
  8. Oh god, yes that has happened. I switched to smaller spoons and forks after that. The pain was nearly unbearable.
  9. Wow, you look like an entirely different person! Congrats!
  10. That's awesome! Congrats! Work it!
  11. Aw, I am so sorry about this complication, but like everything else I know you will meet this head on. I am really hoping the prednisone treatment works for you and that you can hear your baby girl cry. Good luck, lady!
  12. Welcome! Hope you start feeling better soon! It is great to have you.
  13. I am glad you made it through!

  17. That's awesome! Really makes me want to get my butt moving.
  18. Congrats! It will be here before you know it!
  19. Awesome! You look great! Congrats!
  20. Aw, I am so sorry for all the issues, but I wouldn't think so. You should have the stores to support your body for that long, but it is really important to get the protein later as your body needs to heal and keep from losing muscle.
  21. Looking good! Congrats!
