    Looking great, I'm right there with ya. Just over 4 months in and weight coming off much slower now. A bit scary if you ask me! We can do it together, we still have a road to travel.

    Yes we can Nichelle! We just have to hang in there and follow the rules. I have fallen off track a couple of times and I know that's why I am so behind but I am back on track and the numbers have started to move a little bit more quicker this month! :) Keep up your good work and it's brave face time!!!!
