  1. The way my husband can't stop staring or can't keep his hands off of me I feel like we're back in highschool!
  2. I figure, we are eating so little calories, that the regular versions of things shouldn't hurt us in the weight loss department.

  5. I couldn't handle alcohol before surgery and I know I definitely won't be able to handle it now! Congratulations on 9 weeks!
  6. I'm 2 weeks out. I feel the same way. I wondered why did I have this surgery if I have to be a carb nazi for the rest of my life? No suggestions for you I use MIO but it's starting to taste really sweet to me now. I may have to cut back. I like Vitamin water. and if i have to drink another protein shake i'm gonna lose it

I had no issues and all of a sudden, i'm throwing up and running to the bathroom. I knew this may happen but other than unjury, how can i get in my protein? I don't want to go back to broth only. I'm doing so well. Please help! Also, I've done a search but I didn't see much other than Unjury.

  13. What a great story!!!
  14. I understand what you mean by anti climatic. Do you have everything in place for your surgery day? what about after? I kept myself busying preparing for the hospital stay, getting ahead on work, and browsing this site for before/after pics to keep my motivation up and not chicken out!
  15. I found myself doing this even before I was sleeved and overweight myself. I'm not proud of it. I think its part of our psyche that projects our own disappointments and shortcomings on others so that we don't have to deal with our own problem or to make ourselves feel better. But I'm no psych major
  16. Hey everyone! I have seperated stomach muscles from my first pregnancy. I ended having a c-section and every since then I've suffered lower back pain. My doctor says this is because my core muscles no long support my back. From what I understand, they lace your muscles back together like a corset. I would like to have this repaired and would like to know of your experiences or any stories that you have heard about it to determine if its worth the hassle. THANKS!
  17. I dont find this hard to read, I don't think red is an issue. Its the cursive fonts that are hard and then to add bright colors on top leads to an immediate pass over.
  18. Welcome! I was sleeved the same day as you!
  19. Welcome to the other side!!! Sent from my iPhone using VST
