How Far Out Can You Get A Leak?

Leaks ONLY occur 6-9 months out of you do not follow the propose relearning eating curb for the first 3-4 months. When you force yourself to eat like you did prior you stretch the stomach lining so the healing process takes longer. Remember ya organs takes a longer time to heal thank anything else on the outside. Your incisions will heal way before your stomach does. So of you're constantly stuffing ya gave and pitting pressure on the wounded stomach you will develop a leak forcing the healing period to extend to an even later date than originally planned. I has my surgery back in MAY and it was the net thing I ever did for myself

My Advice To All Newly Post-Op Sleevers...

Triceps is not really the hardest to train. It's the fact that the triceps consists of 3 separate muscles that make up the triceps itself... If you are able to target EACH of these muscles you will be in good shape.
