  2. I have a huge anxiety problem and depression. I take zoloft and xanax, I just started zoloft not too long ago and since it has helped me loose a few lbs, when I took welbutrin it made me gain... I guess everybody reacts differently to meds? I hope you find the one that can help you out without gaining
  3. you ladies are funny... and yes I didn't realize it was the sugars!!!! I went 1 day without any sugar and not much of a gassy problem, then the next day I had 5 m&m candies and piece of brownie (birthday party at work) and oh my!!!!
  4. Do you any of you have gas problems? I can not burp at all!! Everything comes out the other end.. I am worse than a man!!!! Any suggestions?

  6. I have been sleeved for a year now... I eat alot of watermelon when I can!!!! nothing wrong with that
  7. oh, don't feel that way.. I think the first 3 days are the worse, after that it is a breeze... seriously after I went home I didn't need the pain meds. I had alot of gas pains but my dr recommend me to drink prune juice and that helped me poop and gas out, lol. Ask your dr before doing so, everyone is different. Also what did hurt was my back.. the inflation they do.. like a cartoon human balloon, lol. This surgery was the best thing I could have ever done! I am happy to have done it!!!!!!! we are here to help you get through these days.. any questions, we are here, this is your support group <3

    I am with everybody here, you are still healing, so there will be little discomfort and pain. I however am different, I was happy with my surgery and I just had my 1yr anniversary and hit major depression.. you just can't imagine how sad I am. I call off of work alot lately, i just don't want to go out and deal with life..... but tomorrow i have an appt with my dr to help me with this depression. I hate to feel so sad, if you are that sad like I am.. please see someone, because it does hurt
  9. I am afraid to drink soda or beer!! My cousin started drinking beer less than 6months after WLS, she is like a barbie! how does she do it! she eats out all the time, doesn't work out! don't get it!

  17. o.k I am in. I am going to buy it too. I normally buy shampoo and conditoin by Ion at Sally's keratin treatment, total I pay is approx 20.00 so 20 will be worth it, lol.. (urgh... i am so expensive, lol)
  18. I was a 40D, I have been sleeved for about a year and a few weeks now... a sad 36 C and I still have more weight to loose!
  19. good question!! how do you use this shampoo?? and how much?? but if they sell it at walmart or cvs must not be tooo expensive?
  20. oh wow you have a salon in your walmart? none of mine around my area do!!! I had my thyroid checked and it's fine. I will look for the products at CVS, Walmart etc... the website only gave me hair salons but they are very far from me!! so thanx for the giving me this info.. can't wait to try it! I have beautiful golden blonde hair, but it's so thin, that you can see my scalp big time
  21. So you're surgery is coming up soon!!!!! I don't even know but it would be great to visit you during your surgery, unfortunately I work those 3 days in a row! I work at a hospital 12hr shifts. So you said your hospital support groups accepts everyone? even people that weren't operated there? my hospital only accept their patients and no one else, not even guests or support partners! If they do heck! I would love to go with you to a support group if I can! I am so excited for you!!!
  22. ever since I found out I fit in a regular bath towel... after I shower, I stay in my towel and sit on the couch and just relax.... maybe it's time to buy a sexy robe? ooo i love my new life!
  23. also my cousin was telling me she knows of someone who uses a shampoo called "Caballo" it has a horse on the label... a horse! lol but supposedly it works, they sell it at walmart
