One Year Anniversary Today!

What an amazing journey this has been! I am one year out and doing amazing feeling great and wishing I had done this sooner. I am much more active wearing new cloths is such a good feeling and looking back at old pictures is strange.... What does the new year bring me.... More exercise and the ability to sleep better.... Trying to stick to eating right and making good
