I really need some support and help

Erica...a perspective moment. There are a hell of a lot of us who would love to look as good as you do now. I'd love to be a size 12. Hell, who am I kidding...I was gaga giddy over getting into a 16. I get that YOU have to be happy with your weight...etc. etc. etc. I also get that maintenance is tough. But yeah...wow...compared to the vast majority of the people on this board, you've got nothing to complain about. You've got a bump in the road....not a tragedy. All drama aside...you've got this.

    Water water water

you will be thankfull when that first post op bowel movement comes and you dont pray to god to die cause that hurts so much. Dehydration is both dangerous and painfull post op. Hitting your water goal IS a pain in the ass but so is dehydration. After a while you will get a good feel for how much liquid you need daily and it will get easier. good luck

    Sex after the sleeve...

2 weeks post sleeve and I was swinging from the chandelier with no pain. His weight on top of me didn't hurt the operation scars and both of us thrashing around like enthusiastic crazy people didn't do any damage either. Stop if it hurts, but go for it otherwise.

    Nerves - babling

Like me, you are a survivor! And that is huge! Now you are showing love to yourself by giving you the best chances to really live life as a participant and not a spectator. Now that I am 12 hours from needing to leave for the hospital, I find myself at peace and I am hoping that as you get closer, you will find a sense of peace too. This is a new beginning for us. I may end up celebrating my birthday on March 12th going forward. I was born on March 3rd, 1977 but I never really lived. On your day and on mine we will live. Whenever I feel old, I think of Abraham Lincoln's saying, "It's not the years of your life that count, it's the life in your years." So let's make everyday count.
