Muscle Aches on the Liquid Diet

Has anyone else been experiencing this?

I'm on day three of Clear liquids and my body aches all over like I've been hit by a mac truck.

Is it the liquid diet or just a coincidence?

I can't think of any thing else it would be related to.

Maybe a rapid loss of Water retention? Which I know I am experiencing, lost 5lbs in one day, I was at 231 on Thurs., weighed in at 226 yesterday.

Or is my body just in shock, :thumbup:
