What kind of shakes ?

Me and my twin are set to have our surgery on the 18th of december. We have been drinking eas shakes for breakfast and lunch for the pre op diet. Is that shake a good shake or what would be better. Also after the surgery im not sure what would be the best shake. Could anybody please help us.:thumbup:
