Surgery Dec 29th, hope to control my POCS and IR

I will be banded by Dr. Hall in Lubbock Tx and feel that this surgery will put my life on track...actually it will be the start of a healthier lifestyle. I'm commited to rid myself of all that ills me, starting with my ovarian cyct syndrome & Insulin Resistance. I'm nervious about all the requirements and hope that I can stay focused...it's going to be hard to give up all my favs, not just food but my lazy habits. I want to eat healthier and work out I do...I hope that the weight loss with give me the motivation I need to acheive...I want to be one of the banders on here that posts "GOAL".
