Seeking a fill center or doctor in San Antonio

I had my band surgery in Mexico and want to find a fill center or doctor in San Antonio. I have called a couple places and because I had my surgery in Mexico, they will only remove all fluid or remove the band. I only want a slight unfill, so if anyone knows of a good surgeon who would unfill me, let me know.
