Need Lap Band Buddy / Mentor northern CA newbie needs Buddy :)

My surgery date is NOV 17th. I live in Cottonwood Ca and will be banded in Chico Ca. I start my very strict pre op diet this weekend. I am hoping to find a buddy to go through all this with. I can't believe its all about to really happen. All pre op tests and final consults are finished as of today. Time to stop lurking and start joining in the discussions. It would be awesome to find a local buddy!
