Need Lap Band Buddy / Mentor HELP (Banded 7 Aug 09) only lost 19lbs! HELP

Please help me!! I was banded on the 7th of August. My weight was 247. Now I am 228! I workout. Please tell me what I am doing wrong! :scared2:
