I had my surgery in Birmingham and Dr. Pennington was my Doctor that helped me change my life! His staff is very professional and his office has a wonderful Christian atmosphere. They are organized with through the whole process from the beginning to the end and will prepare you completely to help you succeed once the surgery is over. It has been 1 year and a month and I have a 10cc band and 6.25 fill. I have lost approx 85lbs thus far and went down so many sizes! My health is better than it has been in a long time and my self esteem is even better. This doctor impressed me with his confidence, gentleness, concern, and knowledge. Dr. Pennington is my doctor. He is a very kind, compassionate and extremely skilled doctor. He takes time with you, makes you feel important, is willing to take the time to answer all your questions and I am very thankful to have found such a wonderful doctor. His office staff is top notch and the preparation and information that you receive prior to your surgery is very informative. The after care is wonderful as well. I feel very blessed to have found such a fantastic bariatic surgeon and would recommend him to anyone.

I know that this is an older post but i was wondering if any of you who have gone through Dr. Pennington had Tricare? I'm currently researching Dr. Pennington and i have seen/heard nothing but awesome things about this man, his work, and his office. I'm pretty positive i would like to make him my surgon for Lap-Band surgey.
