How are YOU losing the Pre-Op Weight?

How are YOU losing the Pre-Op Weight? How much do you have to lose?

I have to lose 30 lbs. I've already lost 9 but have been struggling to get below 9 - it actually went back up 4lbs!

I've decided to start having a protien shake in the morning, a 100 cal snack in the late afternoon, and my normal dinner staying away from fried/creamy foods. This seems to be easier for me than anything else so far. I've done it for a couple days now and the scale seems to be moving in the right direction again!

I was doing weight watchers before but I can't seem to keep up with point tracking.
