This seems to be an old post, but I hope that things have improved for you. I originally lost about 75 pounds and gained 10 back. Because of slippage, I was just rebanded and I'm pretending that it is absolutely new. I realize that I got kinda sloppy in my food choices and amounts, but am being wiser. I've lost a few pounds in these few weeks. My advice (which you are welcome to ignore) is really cut the carbohydrates and measure your food. It seems to help me.

where is

T-town? Akron (Tire town)? Toledo?

Good luck! Let me know how it goes.
