Jenn, those pics are amazing. You should feel really proud of yourself. You really deserve a Margi at this point.

Home from work. Got in there and there was a letter from the night girl. She is quitting as of Oct. 1st. Our boss is out of town on a cruise. So it looks like more hours for me. I had asked that if any hours became available, could I have them. I was thinking maybe like 4-5 hours extra a week. Now I will have to wait and see what this will bring.

The next 3 days are going to be very busy for me. I will check in when I can.

Way to go Jenn, they say a pix is worth a 1000 words!!!

I too have to pull out before pix and see what everyone else sees. I still see myself as FAT!! and that pisses my hubby off when I say it.

Even though I have lost alot. I still feel like I did 190 pounds ago. But when I see recent pictures of myself, I am shocked at the difference. But I still live with that Fat Girl.

Some day she will leave me for good.

Thanks gals

Shalee - I have not looked at that pic in over a year, I am just about in a size 12 very easily, and I don't ever remember being a 12, or 14... ok 14 in 8th grade!! I had my good friend tell me tonight that I was wasting away and how much more do I want to lose, I told her 35lbs. she thought I was insane! are you kidding? that will put me at 150 and that is still not perfect, but they also don't see me with clothes off either, stupid stomach!!!! YUCK

I do see a huge difference, and maybe I'll be totally happy.

but that is why tomorrow I will be walking 4-5 miles and then going to Water aerobics and what ever else I do (i really need to take up tiles) I just had 1/2 serving of ham 30 cals and 5gp and I'm going to bed, I'm hungry working out but dont need to eat

OH, only had 1 drink and walked 3 blocks there and back ....lol

have a good night everyone, I will be back at 5:30am!

Suzanne, you should be so proud, but I do totally understand what you are saying, it took me lots of time to even admit I don't look like I did 2 years ago and that was a big thing. but be proud, you are doing great!

HI JANE

Tracy thanks sister! xoxoxoxox

Good morning ya'll-

My 'fat girl' will always be with me. As long as she stays on the inside reminding me of what not to do...she can stick around...but for now, she is rearing her ugly head in ways I thought I would never go back to. Anyway, I am not gonna dwell on that this morning. I am going to concentrate on how to make today a success! I have done really well with my eating this week. My 'happy pills' are making me a little nauseated, but I haven't decided if I am going to lower my dose or not. It is tolerable, just a little bothersome.

Gotta get off here and get macy ready for school. Have a good one and I will post in a little... :tongue2:

Tracy - hey sister

the happy pill side effects will go away, I promise, one of mine was insomnia, and now I can sleep and usually sleep pretty well.

I'm home from my walk and having Breakfast, going to clean, do laundry and shower. Not sure what else I'm going to do, lots on my mind - so a little flustered

Suzanne-omg...sounds like alot of hours you are going to be getting! We will be thinking about ya! Post when you can!

Hi JollyGreen....I see you there! :tongue2:

Hey Ladies.

Home for about an hour before we have to head off to the hospital. I have a load of laundry going and I fixed a quick lunch for us.

Kat, good to see you stop by. I'm sorry we didn't get to finish our conversation last night. I hope your friend will be ok. I will say a prayer for her. I hope we see you a little bit more here.

See ya all tonight after I get home.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
