Banded 18 months ago-pain at band site today....

I was banded 18 months ago and have lost about 80 pounds or so. I can't remember how much is in my band and haven't had a fill for quite awhile. I have had a problem with pb'ing in that I either eat too fast or take too big of bites. Today I noticed that right at my breastbone where I think my band is, it's VERY sensitive to touch and I can feel something (that I am assuming is the band). The feeling is as if I am very bruised or something. I plan on calling my doctor first thing in the morning but wondered if anyone else has had a similar experience and if you might have an idea what happened? Thinking I need an upper GI.
