Anyone Mexico Surgery approved Tricare fills?

Has anyone had a band placed in Mexico and then had Tricare pay for fills. My PCP is military and they (military place lap bands). I made an appointment with my PCP but wanted to have some idea of others experience.

I have a low BMI so Tricare would not have approved me.
