Need Lap Band Buddy / Mentor Need a Lap Band Buddy/Mentor

I am 36 years old and was banded sept 22 2008. i have lost approx 40lbs and would like to lose another 40 to 50. l live in lincoln nebraska. Seems like I am kind of stuck so to speak right now. I continue to lose but at an extremely slow rate. I need to step up the excercise routine but now with my girls out of school for the summer....well they complain about having to go along with me and hang out in the child care area. Anyway, just looking for some extra support!
