I don't suppose I'm allowed to go? Should I mention the $5.00 admission includes all you can eat?

Big, deep, sigh... let it go, Lisa. Just let it go.

I'd go too!

but I want y'all to know that garlic ice cream and wasabi ice cream are just... wrong. Some flavors just prove that just because something can be done that it shouldn't be done.

Ice cream = love

Ice Cream festivals are just one of the many things that are wrong with the world today.

Eat nothing for 48 hours, then go. lol.

OH my death by ice cream is a GREAT way to die. I seen this festival on food Network $5.00 one bowl all you can eat. This is just one more reason why we are such an obese country. Maye it wouldn't be so bad if the different stand were about a 1/2 mile way from each other. That way you would walk off what you ate. But it would be better to stay away

Oh dear sweet divine ice cream! Yeee-uuuuuuuuum!!!!!!!

Not to steal anything away from Oscar Meyer - but....

Oh...I love to eat it everyday, and if you ask me why I'll say......

My icey cream it has a way of bringing me smiles each and every day.

(Oh that's bad! Oh so bad of me!!!)

I thought I missed it, but it's 9/23 from 10-3. Boy, good thing we've all been banded or they'd go broke! $Five dollars gets you in for ALL THE ICE CREAM YOU CAN EAT. The damage I can do in five hours scares me.

This also includes ice cream sundaes and root beer floats. I'm pretty much there. And it's the one food that we can overeat cause it makes for a pretty easygoing PB.

I think I could manage to rummage up $5.00 in the couch cushions - count me in! I like the idea of having to walk a mile in between toppings and not eating anything else for 2 days. That should make it all even out - sounds good - let me see how much a greyhound ticket is and I'll meet you there, but you gotta pick me up at the bus station - I'll be wearing nothing but ratty old underwear from your other thread you got going on. LOL

I have some polka dot panties that remind me of Baskin Robins. I'll tie them on a stick and wave them at the bus depot. That's how you'll know it's me.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
