I am another late comer I didn't see this thread but have been exercising regularly this month. I go to Curves before work Mon-Friday and I was walking for an hour Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat but as of yesterday I started the couch to 5 k program and last nights walk involves short bursts of me attempting to run.. lol

great program c5k - i did it a yr ago & have since realized that running is not my gig. *hate it*

all the best!

I had a fun time at Water aerobics this afternoon. Not sure if I'm going to do anything this evening.

I'm going to do Water aerobics again tonight. I've been working reallly hard this week so I pray this weekend when I weigh myself I finally break my plateau and get out of the 190's.

This week:

Monday - helped my friend for 3 hours unload her moving truck that arrived from VA. (Last weekend I helped load it!) Definitely earned points for when we move - if we ever move.

Last night - Went to gym for first time in a month. The guy that checks us in, said, "Welcome back!" Ugg...don't remind me that I'm a slacker, man! C'mon...

I did the random setting on the eliptical and tried to keep a pace between 7.0 and 10. My legs are strong and can keep up at that pace, but my arms are hurting this morning!

Tonight: Probably same routine at the gym, or swimming.

Did legs last night. After all the running and that, my legs are SORE!!!!!!!

Of course, didn't stop me from running again this morning. Another 3.8 miles today. Tonight is Shoulders/Traps before softball.

AM: Work out with my trainer. I was SORE after.

PM: Swim workout. I think I did 2100 yards! (But I haven't double-checked my math.)

I did 4x100 with a band around my legs too. Last time, my legs ended up at a 90 degree angle! This time... more like 30 degrees. I can tell my core is stronger and that made the difference.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
