Research into lap banding surgery-Post 2 years

If you have had lap band surgery at least two years ago I would love to hear about your experiences!!

The purpose of the study

I would like to know how various factors influence your life after the surgery, particularly with regard to weight loss and/or maintenance.

What you have to do?

A questionnaire which takes 35 minutes. Just click on the below link or send me an email.
