Need Lap Band Buddy / Mentor New to site and need help!

Hello, I am new to the site and looking for some help. I had the lap band in October 2008. Although that seems like a while ago I am still trying to adjust and figure out how to make this work for me. I am not losing like I think I should be, I have lost and gained and lost, and feel lost. I am from Northern California. If there is anyone that wants to help please contact me. I am willing to put in the work I just dont know what I am doing wrong.
