Any1 Using BCBS of IL. @ WeightLossCntr in Beverly Hills?

I was just wondering if anyone had BCBS of IL. and was trying to get their surgery done at the Weight Loss Centers (Top Surgeons) in Beverly Hills, Ca with Dr. Salimitari or Dr. Tourah? I wanted to know if anyone has had any issues with getting approved by BCBS with them. Any out of pocket or surprise costs? Any info that can be provided would be appreciated.
