Not sure if I am too tight

I had a fill a few weeks ago. I felt rather alot of tightness in my back and chest about a week after. Occassionally I am still having the tightness. I have never really had this problem before. I did call the doctor but at the time it had went away. Now its back. I wonder if I need to Relearn how to eat because in the Whole time I have had my band (2006)I have never had any problems eating whatever I wanted and I have never had to do the whole drink slowly thing. I can swollow everything just fine. Foods like onions and peppers I could eat before now give me gas. Its just I feel alot of pressure in my throat/chest/back. One thing my doctor mentioned that that maybe I am having espogeal spasms.. I really dont know much about that. I wonder if it sounds like that could be my issue. or maybe I am just finally at some kind of max resitriction and need to eat better or maybe I am a tad too tight? Any input would be great.
