Anyone has Anthem BC HMO and has been approved

Hello everyone!

Dr has sent in a referral for the LAPBAND. Yippee! Was wondering if anyone out there has been approved under this insurance Anthem BC HMO. If so, how long did it take and what procedures did you have to take.
