My insurance approved to schedule an appointment with Dr Sarkerer

After one year of trying my insurance finally approved for my weight lost surgery. I have BCBS IL HMO insurance and it look me so long to get approve. I have diabetes , high sleep apnea (780.57) and I am also over weight. I hope my insurance will approve my surgery if Dr Sarker would like to perform it. Please pray for me .
