Congrats everyone on your lose. I weighed this morning and I lost 1 lbs which I think due to being on liquid after the fill. I have to be on mushy tomorrow and then solid. I got 5.6 cc in my 10 cc band right now, so hopefully I will have some restriction.

Have a great weekend everyone.

Alisa

272.5 this week. That's 1.5 down. Not what I was hoping for since it's 10 lbs away from my Independence Day Challenge goal and I don't think I can lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks. Oh well--a loss is a loss and I should be happy.

Dang! It was a good feeling to finally update my "ticker" after 3 weeks of no movement! I am happy to say I'm down to 261 lbs!

I have to say it's not because I am feeling an restriction ... just that I've been getting back to basics and not going out to eat and drinking wine in excess. These last few weeks of "celebrating" ... end-of-the-school-year parties, grad parties, etc. have really slowed down the weight loss.

I go back for another fill on Monday, and I keep hoping that "this time" I will actually feel some restriction!

Good luck everyone!

Congrats Ling!! So glad the scale finally moved for you.

280 for me- I lost what I gained last week. I was really hoping for 279 which would be 40lbs. Oh well any loss is a good loss, I'll get there eventually.

I am still at 194- I am beginning to hate that number with a passion, as I have been stuck at for 6+ weeks.. I had my second fill about 2 weeks ago and still am not losing... makes me sad and unmotivated. I haven't even been wanting to come onto the forum to read posts etc.. sigh sigh I know I must suck it up and just keep on trying. Sorry I am so whiny, hope everyone else is doing well!

Good job to everyone - for either losing or maintaining!

1980 - hang in there - 194 is still awesome. I can't remember the last time I saw 194!!

I am at 232.5 this week. Had my first fill yesterday, so that was exciting. Now I have to wait till Aug 6 for #2.

Have a great weekend, everyone!

I was thinking just that about my weight I've got 7 to make my goal for the challange. Makes me reconsider if I want to commit to future challenges.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
