Friday Weigh Ins

Recommended Posts

288 today, down 1 lb from last week. I was 286 on Wednesday  Oh well, I knew eating mushies was going to change things up. Still have to be very positive since it's 17 lost since surgery.

My first goal is to lose 50lbs from my highest weight. So that would be 269 lb. My second goal would be 244 lb or 75lbs.

Happy Friday everyone! My weight today is 275lbs. I had my very first fill yesterday and am excited to see what kind of change it makes in battling the hunger! I'm back to liquids for a couple of days, because of the fill. Wish me luck!

Hello everyone! I weighted myself this morning and was 264. So down 1 lbs from last week. I thought I would be dropping more lbs. but think I am not getting enough calories on the clear stage? Who knows really, but a 1 lbs is 1 less I have to carry so I will take it and smile! Woo hoo!

I get to start cream Soups this week! Yay me!

We are going to have to keep a limit of 25 on this group as it is getting too hard to record!!!

If you don't "weigh in" for three weeks in a row, I will pop you on another spreadsheet so there is more room for others to join. But let me know if you want to be put back on the sheet.

Sorry guys that it has taken me so long to get this posted! My daughter graduated from College today and last night we had a dinner for her after I got home from work so as you can tell, I've been little busy! But anyway, I was up 2 pds. Friday!! I sure do need my first fill!!

Hey guys

Here's the updated spreadsheet for 1st May weigh ins!

Thinwithin, keeping a record and making a fuss about who is the "biggest" loser of the week is motivating for me, so thought that others might find it the same, but agree, it might seem a bit like a competition - but this was not my intention at all. I will just keep updating the spreadsheet for those who want to be on it, but anyone is free to post on this thread and not be on the spreadsheet if they don't want to!

Between all of us we have lost nearly 500lbs since on this journey already. Unreal! We are on our way baby!!

Band Groupie - 17LB IN ONE WEEK!! YOU ROCK!

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
