So My Doctor is New to Calgary...

Hi,

I was hoping that someone could give me a hand. I have read all over the forums about the Calgary Weight Management Clinic held at the U of C.

As mentioned in the subject of this thread, my doctor is new to Calgary. She's from Ontario. I asked her to refer me to the CHR's weight management clinic and she arranged for me to go to a clinic. Unfortunately, this clinic does not look like it would lead to lapband surgery (if excercise and diet don't help). Is this the correct place to go? It doesn't seem to be a U of C or CHR initiative. It seems like a private clinic.

Since it probably isn't the right place, can someone give me the information to find the right place?

Your help is appreciated - I am so frustrated from looking around and the CHR's phone line has been no help.
