Personal Choice Insurance of PA- HELP!!!

Does anyone have Personal Choice Insurance and live in PA? If so, maybe you can help. I have a BMI of a little over 37 and am wondering if anyone with similar numbers was immediately approved or had to do the 6 month supervised diet. I am so excited at the prospect of getting this done that I think I will be crushed if I have to play that game. I'll do it of course, but I'd be very upset.
