LapBand and Optifast questions CANADA

Hi,
I need another 6 weeks to arrange for finances for my lap band surgery, i have done my own diet, not eating and lost around 25 pounds, however this is really getting difficult, as this is giving me nutritional deficiency.
I want to start Optifast, is there a way i can order this online in Canada? how does it work, do they give a chart on what to do? This way i will also be ready for surgery in six weeks and not have to go with doctor diet, I plan to lose 30 pounds in 6weeks with this diet.
