Need Lap Band Buddy / Mentor sussex county, delaware

Hi,

I am looking for a "buddy"/excercise partner in lower delaware. I was banded 8/07 and had moderate success until recently. I need to "regroup" and get back to the basics. I think a buddy would really help.
