Will skin condition help my chances of approval

Hello all. Im new here. I am going to try my best to have the lapband surgery done soon. I'm going to an info seminar on December 3rd. I've already been but its been a couple years so im back!!

Any way. I was wondering if any one had or knew someone who had hidradenitis or any skin issues that helped them with approval for surgery. My BMI is 41 so i don't think I need comorbities but I have to have prior approval for BCBS of NC... I really hope i get it.
