Need Lap Band Buddy / Mentor Looking for male online mentor

Haven't been banded yet. Have my pre-sugical consult on November 20th. It seems to take a lot longer up her in Northern Michigan to get on the list for surgery. It seems in the Canadian HealthCare system they have to wait 10 years to have the surgery so they are all coming here.

Have had all the stomach work and heart tests within the last 2 years and psych work is done, so I think all I need to do after this is set the date.

I feel it would be helpful to chat with someone about all that goes on before, during, and after. I really don't think my wife will understand.
