I wanted to say that I bought a "Just my size" yoga dvd on amazon.com for like 9 bucks and though not being an exercise that makes me feel like I'm having a heart attack it does work your muscles and I feel so much more...stretchy now.

It also calms in the wake of our falling economy.

I've never seen My Size Yoga. Yoga scares me a little, but I may have to try it out.

Do you need a lot of space for it?

The mental image I have of my body contorting into shapes and positions has me giggling!

You need about as much space as a yoga mat takes up...or in my case with maybe a little spilled over in certain positions

I really want a wii fit. You could get the yoga DVD just to change things up sometimes. Variety is the spice of life:laugh:
