Thinking of going to NYU for aftercare

Hi
I was banded on 7-31-07 at Staten Island University Hospital, and while I have worked really hard to make my band work,I have had nothing but problems from the "support" staff . There have been several incidents of missing test results, botched appointments, and billing miscues. My surgeon was fine, but to go through all the problems with the staff for a dr. who is just "fine" doesn't seem worth it.
So I am considering going to NYU for my care. Are you happy with the level of competency? Do you see the dr's for your adjustments or is it done by an RN? Did anyone else transfer their records to NYU?
Thanks!!
