Given it a lot of thought !

Hi everyone, what an interesting site you have built out here, its like walking into a public library that focuses entirely on lap band topics. I have questions, so many that I'm not sure where to start, I have booked my consultation for the 8th of Aug. and am going to proceed wt the band. My debate is... should I go to a few consultations, how do I know for sure this Dr. is cedible ? what are the no no's behind all of this ? I need to spend some time in your Q&A section as I am certain given by the quick glimps I have gotten out here that you will aid me in finding out the answers I seek...
