Saggy Skin after banding

I was curious...I am 28 yrs 5'5 and 215 old and have been athletic my whole life. I am over weight by about 80 pounds but still have really good muscle definition. I have had one child via c-section with minimal stretch marks...I am worried about possible saggy skin...My legs are really tight and muscular, I am not a flabby person, but I am curious if anyone who works out with cardio and weights 4-5 days a week like me has been banded and is tone and muscular with no saggy skin. My stomach is what I really worry about...I dont have rolls standing just sitting...

Any advise?
