Has anyone used Dr. Forrest Wall in Shreveport Louisiana for PS?

I am looking into having a tt and breast lift. I have a consult with Dr. Forrest Wall in July. Just wondering if anyone has ever used him. I am curious about the cost to see if Costmetic Surgery is even an option. It was about all I could do to get the 13,000 dollars for the lapband. Any help will be appreciated.
