Good for you - being informed is a great tool. There is so much info here it is worth spending some time poking around. I looked through the pre and post threads as well as the complications board. I would just warn that with the complications threads - no one posts there unless they had issues and everyone reacts differently in certain instances. For example - my sister can't eat bananas even three years post surgery. I am 8 weeks post and eat one every morning before I workout. But neither of us can eat white bread. Go figure.
