Error By Dr In Placement Of Band?

HAS ANY ONE OUT THERE HAD PROBLEMS WITH ERROR IN TECHNIQUE BY THE DR WHO PLACED THE BAND? THIS WOULD BE CAUSING A VARIETY OF PROBLEMS, SUCH AS: BACKWARDS PORT (OF COURSE UNABLE TO FILL), UNSTITCHED TUBING .....PORT AND TUBING COMING THROUGH SKIN? STAPH FROM ORIGINAL SURGERY?
