Emotional Eating!

Holy Cow. I have been pretty good when it comes to emotional eating since being banded, but I am having an unfortunate sibling experience that immediately sent me to the kitchen! Oh, I thank God for the band. I started to eat a cookie and could immediately tell that my band didn't like it. Yes, chocolate goes down easier, but FORTUNATELY I only had a cookie in the house. Also, having retrained myself a bit with binge eating and quantities was very helpful. I guess I will go for a walk now. The band really helps! Karen
