My body has given me a birthday surprise!

Well here it is almost my 55th birthday and what happens......My hips has these odd looking love handle things on them. What is my body going to give me next? Thank goodness I'm working out; I could just imagine what my hips would like if I wasn't . Please tell me the jowls on my face will go a way after I lose more weight!
