How much fill do you have in your 10 cc band?

Guess I didn't think about it like that....you're right. I should be happy that I've been able to lose weight with such little restriction.

I just had my 5th fill and I feel like I'm finally in the game. Sometimes I am full after just 3-4 bites and when I'm really hungry (aka just wanna eat) I can eat maximum 1 cup but usually cannot finish a single serving type item. If I keep busy, I forget to mosh all night long like I use to. Hang in there!

I've had a total of 6 fills (and 2 slight unfills) and am at 5.9 cc. I really like my level of restriction that I have right now - I was at 6.0 cc for 2 months and finally decided that it was just too much. I now can eat food without worrying about it coming back up, but I still have good restriction that makes me feel full quickly.

Hi, hvnagdtme

ON 04/21/08 my band was filled with 6cc (one slight unfill to check for

leaks). For the first few months, I feel good restriction, not asmuch now. But I'm staying put for now,I'm still stuck at 220lbs (from 260lbs) an not going anywhere. Bug57

Am eating much less now. Definitely not just one cup of anything!

This is my fourth fill (6cctotal). I know I haven't found the r/spot

yet, but am staying put. The minute I feel no restriction I'm running

to get a fill. Bug57

i have a 10cc band and i was banded on oct. 22nd, 2007. my last fill was on march 25th and i have my band filled to 9.4cc's i do have restriction but i have been eating a lot more than what i am supposed to and i have been cheating which is stupid of me. i just don't really have support like i used to have anymore and its all in my head with the hunger. i was doing great till the end of march hit, i lost some1 that was very close to me, my sis in law, my ( my bro's wife) and she had gotten gastric bypass in nov. 2007 and they really dont know why she passed away. we had an autopsy done on her but all they found was that her intestines were twisted and they said that i could have been from getting her tubes tied or from the gastric bypass. we were dieting together and i had all that support from her but like my sis and my bro all they do is make fun of me cuz i have a band around my stomach and it just puts me down. but i have to get back on track.

Things are going well, Bugs57- Thanks for asking. I feel good. This morning I was able to squeeze into a size 12 jeans and I am super excited! I haven't been in a 12 in about 15 years! Yea for me! My weight loss is slow, but I see the inches coming down.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
