Need a follow up doctor for Southern CT

If anyone can help me find a doctor in southern CT (New Haven County or Fairfield County) area I would greatly appreciate it.

The Surgery was covered by insurance but i have since lost it and just to see the doctor would be over 300, then costs to the hosptial and seperate for the fill. So I have to find someone else.

I need a fill, deperatly. I can eat anything. :rolleyes2:
